Autumn foliage 10/ Enkoji temple

Near Manshuin temple, in a walking distance, there is another nice Autumn maple spot, which is Enkoji temple

When I visited there, it was a little out of its peak time. With fallen leaves on the ground, the maples are still beautiful.

Enkoji temple was a kind of school with its origin dating back to 1601.

After it was moved  to different places a couple of times, it settled here in the north of the city.

You can walk in the garden
There is a bamboos too.

Access : city bus
Please get off at " Ichijo sagarimatsu "  15min walk
entrance fee 500 yen
during the Autumn season, a reservation is required.
